The NSA has Eight Legs

So here I am enjoying myself in Big Daddy's Big Time Adventure when out of nowhere I see this "spider" peering into my window.  I know the NSA is looking into everything everyone does now but this is ridiculous.  Do they really need to know when I am fighting a Creeper, or crafting a pickax, or maybe enchanting some armor?  You may think you look like a spider but we all know you are on mission from the NSA.  Next a drone will fly over and drop a missile on my mob spawner.  Have you no shame NSA?

The Perseid Meteor Showers

While we saw a few meteors steak across the night sky in the two to three hours we were out, this is mostly what we saw.  Not the greatest of shows but it did give us the opportunity to run some people off our neighbor's land.  So not all was lost.  Shout out to our persistent barking dog, flashlights, box of Cheez-its, and a bag of pretzels!

Big Daddy's Big Time Adventure

Here we find ourselves immersed in the world of Minecraft.  Your eyes are feasted upon the main house, also known as the only house, from where our adventure is based.  Notice the expert carpentry, beautiful landscaping, and country setting.  Let this not fool you as we have killed many critters who have come our way in the name of destroying what we have worked so hard to build.  So far I have died only once, at the hands of an unfortunate encounter with lava.  Fortunately I re-spawned at the beautiful location before your eyes and lived to fight another day.  Thanks to my trusty sidekick I am well on my way to ruling the world.

Topps Baseball is Back!

It is past due for another Topps set to be pieced together instead of buying the complete factory set at the end of the year.  2013 is the year to get back into the old days and put another set together.  It is mission accomplished as the set is complete and includes these beauties.  Now we wait for 2014 to see if we do it again or just a buy a box at the end of the year.  Here's to hoping we do it again!

Bad News Obama

You know, it is hard to escape all things Obama these days.  Even when watching the Bad News Bears on MLB Network!  Who knew Michelle Obama had an acting career back in the 70's?  Just when you thought you have escaped, there they are.

Surprise Surprise!

Definitely did not expect to find these folks in a pack of baseball cards.  Makes me wonder who else is out there.  May just have to find out.
