Heating Up

After a couple of days of above normal temperatures, the refrigerator is once again cooling like none other.  After a new defrost heater and some dandy contortionist moves we are back in business.  Celebrations broke out kitchen wide as the heater came to life in a bright reddish orange glow.

Sad End to a Great Run

This was the toughest ending to the tournament since the 1992 Duke game.  While the ending was hard to watch, this has been the best run of tournament games in recent memory.  Who would have thought at the end of February this team would have made the finals?  Go Big Blue!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S.  Shabazz Napier is a tool for his Richard Sherman imitation.

One More to Go!

WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW!!!!  What an amazing run!  Somehow this game was closer than the last one.  A quick sock change before game time may have made the difference as well as a couple of answered prayers.  Blue shoes again played a key role as did a blue dress somewhere in Appalachia.  One more game to go to notch number 9.  Talent wins again this fine night, and hopefully one more time this year!  Go Cats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Final Four, Partner!

Wow Wow Wow!!!  As if the last two games were not close enough, this one comes down to a late 3.  McDonald's sweet tea may have played a part and is required going forward.  Tea rhymes with Lee, who had a career day.  That is not a coincidence.  Talent beats slightly more experienced talent.  Two more to go!  Go Big Blue!!!!!!!

Blue > Red

Double Wow!!  Blue high tops and a couple of 2012 Championship cups do the trick to propel the Wildcats to the comeback win.  Charles Barkley is coming around but still doubt remains in the minds of Kenny Smith and Clark Kellogg.  When will they learn?  Talent beats experience again, and hopefully three more times this season!  Go Big Blue!!!!

Sweet Sixteen Shocker!

Wow!  What a game.  Back and forth, ties, lead changes, big shots.  And Big Blue triumphs!  Despite the doubt, and no doubt hope, by Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, and Clark Kellogg, the Wildcats come out on top.  Talent beats experience today, and hopefully four more time this season!  Next stop Indianapolis!  Ahhhhhhhhh C-A-T-S Cats Cats cats!!!

Delicious!

Delicious indeed.  A little warm weather and cheeseburgers appeared on the grill.  Looking forward to more of this!  The next day was back in the thirties but it was good while it lasted.
